- Your email address.
- Your consent choice, the wording version shown to you, and relevant timestamps.
- Limited source or campaign information, such as a campaign name in the link you used.
- Technical security information processed to prevent automated abuse and protect the website.
This early-access list does not collect your music files, music-library contents, Rekordbox data or MUSIQA desktop-project data.
3. Why we use it
We use your information to confirm that you control the email address, manage the early-access list, invite suitable users to private testing, send MUSIQA.AI product and launch updates, maintain unsubscribe records, and protect the service from abuse.
4. Our legal basis
We rely on your consent to send MUSIQA.AI launch communications. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. We rely on legitimate interests for proportionate website security, fraud prevention and operational record-keeping.
5. Service providers
We use specialist providers to host the website, verify legitimate submissions, automate the early-access list workflow and deliver email. The launch design uses Cloudflare for website and security services, n8n for workflow automation, and a configured transactional email provider for delivery. Providers act under contractual and security controls appropriate to their role.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use recognised transfer safeguards and assess the protections offered by the provider and destination.
7. How long we keep it
Unconfirmed requests are retained only long enough to support confirmation and abuse prevention and are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Confirmed early-access list records are retained while the early-access list and launch communications remain active, unless you withdraw consent earlier. A minimal suppression record may be retained after unsubscribe so that we can honour your choice.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Cookies and security checks
The landing page does not use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. The security check may process limited device, browser and network signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Essential security storage may be used where necessary for that purpose.
