2. Early-access list status
Joining the early-access list records your interest and allows us to contact you about the product. It does not guarantee beta admission, a particular feature set, a release date, pricing, availability in a territory or a right to purchase.
3. No offer for sale
The teaser website is informational. It is not an offer, order page, licence agreement or guarantee that the desktop product is commercially available. Any future purchase or beta participation will be governed by separate terms supplied at that time.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit automated or fraudulent registrations, interfere with security controls, introduce malicious code, or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.
5. Intellectual property
The MUSIQA.AI name, visual identity, website content and software materials are owned by or licensed to TWENTYTHIRTY AI LTD. These terms do not transfer any intellectual-property right to you.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw the teaser website or early-access list. We aim to operate the service professionally but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
7. Links and third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Their services and terms are separate from ours. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the teaser website is provided for general information and we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on an expected beta invitation, launch date or future product feature.
9. Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how personal data from the early-access list is used.
